To Help Sponsor a spay or neuter for members of our community:
I am a LIFESAVER
I would love to sponsor the spay or neuter of an animal in our community. Dog Spay/Neuter: ________________ Cat Spay/Neuter: ________________ Name of Sponsor: _____________________________________________ |
Help to Sponsor a Spay or a Neuter!!
We here at the Humane Society of Harrison County have a mission—to save and protect the lives of the adoptable animals in our community. How can we do that? The number one way is to support Spay & Neuter. Spay and Neuter literally saves millions of animals. Each year in the United States there are approximately 2.4 millions animals euthanized. That is about one adoptable animal every 13 seconds. We currently have two vouchers to help with spay and neuter in our area: our Low Income Program, and our Kindest Cut Program. How can you help? Sponsor a voucher. How can you do that? It’s simple. When you donate simply designate you want that money to go towards spaying/neutering. You can donate as little as $1 or $5, or can donate the entire cost of a low income voucher which is $40 for a cat and $50 for a dog. If you wish to donate towards our Kindest Cut Voucher that usually amounts close to $100. You can simply mail a check, stop in the shelter or thrift store, or feel free to use PayPal and designate to which program you would like to use your sponsorship. As always we here at the shelter, our community, and the animals thank you! |
The Kindest Cut Spay/Neuter Assistance Program
**No longer a viable assistance program due to our Thrift store closing down**
We would like to thank the Humane Society Thrift Store for providing the funding for this program. The volunteers work long hard hours to ensure donations and sold items help to benefit the HSHCWV.
